Besides the friendly working environment and mutual support among colleagues, the thing I particularly love about working at Gemex is that even as a trainee I am already given the opportunity to take on responsibilities and to grow by taking on new tasks.

Hobby: Loves baking cakes.

For me, being a pest controller is not just a career, it's a calling. In addition to a willingness to help people, the complexity of the day-to-day tasks requires a great deal of specialist knowledge, perseverance and tenacity. Gemex gives me a lot of freedom to work independently and to devise stand-alone strategies for long-term pest management with our customers.

I particularly love the Gesa Hygiene-Gruppe's social commitment and the solidarity within the firm. There are frequent nice opportunities to exchange views with colleagues. You are able to work independently in your own way but help is always on hand if needed. New ideas are always welcomed and appreciated.

I like working at Gesa because everyone is so nice and also really helpful. There is a lot of emphasis placed on health in the workplace as well. The atmosphere is motivating and I also find everything to do with the subject of hygiene fascinating and exciting.

Hobby: Cycling

For me, working at Gesa means independence, flexibility and responsibility above all. Sometimes there are things that are not easy to master but I can always rely on the encouragement and help of colleagues. Interpersonal relations and collaboration are also important priorities even in stressful situations. Not to mention the fact that the managers also "get their hands dirty" sometimes.

In addition to an environment full of nice colleagues, Gesec also offers me excellent opportunities for flexible, solution-oriented working. My area of customer service and job scheduling is always extremely varied and every day is special.
