Operating theatres: Hygiene inspections of existing operating theatres in accordance with Annex B.2 - inspection period ≤ 12 months
(in the case of special regulations in individual federal states)

  • Particle counting in all class I rooms directly in the supply air, aerosol delivery where necessary
  • Airborne germ concentration measurement in supply air for class I rooms (scope to be determined by hygiene expert)
  • Evidence of direction of flow for rooms in operating theatre department at peak and partial load
