Training Cleaning of exhaust air systems according to VDI-MT 2052
As a prerequisite for carrying out maintenance and inspection activities on kitchen exhaust air systems, training is required in accordance with VDI-MT 2052 Sheet 3. The aim of this training is to qualify and train all persons involved in the operation and maintenance of kitchen exhaust air systems in accordance with the directive.
