We are looking for a secretary / assistant (m/f/d) part-time (15-20 hours/week) with immediate effect:
- You are responsible for general office organization (incoming/outgoing mail, ordering, filing, etc.).
- You create customer-specific reports according to templates or phonodictate
- You check and process incoming orders/orders
- You maintain and update customer-specific documents
- You are responsible for invoicing and the preparation of quotation

- You have completed commercial vocational training and ideally already have professional experience in the field of secretarial/assistance, general office organization
- You have experience in writing according to phonetic dictation
